Robert Blessing
Founding Partner & CEO
Robert has decades of experience in the construction industry as a whole. He is an electrician by trade and spent the first part of his career working with large electrical companies on commercial and residential projects. After a number of years leading teams of electricians, Robert transitioned into owning and operating a Real Estate Sales and Development firm in several different markets throughout the country.
As an early adopter of solar energy himself and with a unique electrical and development background, Robert recognized the importance of renewable energy and the role it would begin to play in our world moving forward. Robert was presented with an opportunity in Renewable Energy in 2014 and quickly took on leadership roles at companies including Vivint Solar and Tesla. Robert started Renew Energy with the mission to provide top notch equipment and warranties and best in class customer service at an affordable price. His diverse background has allowed him to create an industry leading renewable energy company that caters to the unique needs of homeowners and takes into account a wide variety of considerations that homeowners have when going solar.
Frank Faillica
Founding Partner & Head of Government Sales
Frank is a retired US Navy SEAL who seamlessly transitioned from a distinguished military career to becoming a highly skilled real estate agent and an influential figure in the renewable energy sector. Known for his commitment, discipline, and strategic prowess, Frank has consistently excelled in diverse professional realms.
With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership as a foundation, Frank brings a unique set of skills to his role as a renewable energy professional. Renowned for his ability to navigate complex transactions with precision, he has earned a reputation for excellence. Leveraging the discipline and problem-solving abilities honed during his military service within Special Operations, Frank excels in strategic thinking, solving incredibly complex problems in a fast-paced environment, and delivering results under extreme pressure.
Currently serving as Head of Government and Federal Sales at Renew Energy, Frank is helping to lead the company’s efforts in the solar industry. His strategic vision and leadership have positioned Renew Energy as a key player in government and federal sales for sustainable energy solutions. Frank continues to exemplify a commitment to excellence integrating his military background, real estate acumen, and renewable energy expertise into a career marked by success and positive impact.
Chris Blessing

Chris is a founding member of Renew Energy with a rich background as a Regional Controller. He brings with him unparalleled financial expertise and a history of leading teams through intricate financial landscapes. As a seasoned leader, Chris is known for cultivating winning cultures within organizations, fostering environments where passion, purpose, and achievement thrive. Jayce Fitch
Partner & National Sales Manager
Jayce spent 15 years holding a variety of different sales and leadership positions at Fortune 100 companies including Johnson & Johnson, Oracle, and other leading software and technology companies. He oversees company operations and business development for Renew Energy.
Jayce’s experience working for large sales organizations taught him the importance of customer service and always putting your customer’s needs first. When the opportunity presented itself, Jayce was able to utilize his operational knowledge and sales experience to help contribute to the growth of Renew Energy into the leading solar provider that it is today. He has personally helped countless residential and commercial customers realize the benefits of going solar and he attributes the success of Renew Energy to the emphasis we put on taking care of the homeowners we serve.
Blake Sanders
Partner & Lead Energy Consultant
Blake is a Civil Engineer by trade who spent the early part of his career working for some of the largest engineering companies in the world. Blake was introduced to Robert while Robert was helping lead a large solar organization and he was presented with an opportunity to work in the renewable energy space which is something he had always had a passion for. It wasn’t long after this initial interaction with Robert that Blake left his engineering career to go all in on renewable energy and solar.
Blake quickly rose to become one of the top energy consultants in the industry and is highly regarded among his peers. After many years in the industry, Blake became a managing partner for another solar sales organization. His unwavering commitment to the homeowners he works with and his tireless work ethic have contributed to him helping hundreds of residential homeowners and business owners realize the benefits of renewable energy.
Blake’s story comes full circle as he joined back up with Robert to help build Renew Energy into the company it is today. He has a passion for renewable energy and he puts customer service and customer experience above all else. Blake is responsible for business practices, training, and customer service at Renew Energy.
